HBN Hide 5

In the middle of three different biotopes from the Haaksbergerveen we built hide number 5. This in corporation Staatsbosbeheer; the owner of this Nature Estate in Eastern Holland.

The hide self is situated in a half open pine forest; so there is not much bothering from leaves what take away your light. On a short distance from the hide are heather-, moor and meadow areas what means that various kind of birds can visit the hide.

Birds will show up between 2 and 7 meters from your lens. To get better results with shy spieces we use hi-tec mirror glass in this hide in a for birds safe way.

Renting:

We work with two seasons:

Season 1:
1 April – 31 Oktober
€ 95 euro

Season 2:
1 November – 31 March
€ 75 euro

When you use the Stove in the Winter you pay € 5,- in the hide.

The Price is per Day for maximal 3 photographers. We are not working with half day bookings and we will not join photographers from our side. So you make your own decisions witch who you want to go. You are free to know on what time you want to start and are allowed to use the hide until one hour before sunset.

Mirror glass:

In this hide we use high quality mirror glass.

Heater:

Only in the Winter we have a gas stove in the hide. You can use it for € 5,- what you pay cash in the hide.

Sirui Gimbal heads:

In this photo hide, The HBN slider system with Sirui PH-30 swing heads has been installed.  Of course, you may use it. HBN rice bags are also present.

Bird food from Vivara:

We use the top quality bird food from Vivara.nl.

Overnighting:

If you come from far it’s handy to have a place to overnight. After the booking you will receive information about a Hotel in the neighbourhood. We made some appointments with them about your early start and Packet lunch.
