GENERAL CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to all agreements between Han Bouwmeester's Nature photography to Goor, hereafter referred to as seller and/or HBN, and the individual customer. Any other purchase conditions are explicitly excluded, unless accepted in writing and in advance
Article 1 - Ordering
An order can be issued by email. HBN is committed to a good relationship with its customers and therefore this personal method was chosen. Submitting an order implicates that you agree with the terms and conditions of HBN to Goor. After your payment(s) is (are) received the agreement is valid and HBN will execute your order(s).
Article 2 - Prices
All prices are in Euro and include VAT.
The HBN VAT number is: NL 1377.23.258. B01. HBN is at all times authorised to adjust prices. When prices are adjusted, the publication on the website is considered the reference moment with the exception of all current orders. The prices exclude shipping costs (unless otherwise mentioned by the ordering of the article)
Article 3 - Payment
Orders witch are to be paid in advance; you will receive an invoice by email containing your customer number and invoice number, which you should indicate along with your payment. Never transfer money before you have received your bill. Payments should be deposited on account number 60.24.36.834 in the name of Han Bouwmeester Nature at Goor, indicating your customer and order number. Once your payment is received, we will ship the goods. Foreign transfers must be done by using the IBAN and BIC codes mentioned on the invoice.
Article 4 - Delivery
All prices on the website exclude shipping, unless otherwise mentioned by the ordering of the article. When sending a package a track and trace code is known by HBN. If desired, this number can be made available to customer. In disputes over whether or not the delivery was made this track and trace code is at all times decisive. Packets are normally sent via TNT post. HBN is authorised to alter this if the situation demands such action. Customers can choose their own insurance package and the additional costs are passed on to the customer. Cash on delivery (COD) is also possible, but 15 euros will be charged extra. With the acceptance of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, terrorist attacks etc.) HBN takes full responsibility for the damage originated during shipping of the article(s). This means that the damaged article(s) can be returned at the expense HBN. The article(s) will then be replaced by HNB. In situations like this the shipping costs are on behalf of HBN.
Article 5 - Deliverytime
If the ordered article(s) is (are) in stock and your payment has been received the shipment will be carried out as soon as possible. If an ordered article is not in stock, we will inform you about the expected delivery date. Subsequent delivery is without extra costs. The ultimate delivery deadline is 30 days after receipt of the order. After exceeding this period, the other party will be informed as soon as possible and be allowed to dissolve the agreement or to cancel the order free of charge. All payments will be refunded to your account immediately
Article 6 - Exchange and Returns
You can return the items within 7 days (sufficiently stamped) under the following conditions: the product was undamaged and shows no signs of wear, the article is in the original packaging with all accompanying manual(s). HBN reserves the right to refuse returned items, or (in consultation), refund only a part of the purchase price.
This only when HBN decides that the article does not meet the above mentioned exchange/return conditions and can no longer be sold again as new.
Article 7 - Wrong delivery received
Inform us of a wrong or incomplete delivery as soon as possible (within 5 working days). We will try (in good understanding) to solve the mistake and, of course, without additional costs.
Article 8 - Received a damaged article.
We carry out your order with the utmost care. If, in spite of our efforts, there is still something damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (in any case within 5 working days) so we can solve the problem.
Article 9 - Complaints and disputes
HBN will always try the utmost to solve any complaints or disputes. If we cannot come to a satisfactory solution the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the District Court. Every agreement is subject of the Dutch law
