Eckla/Han Bouwmeester Eagle Cardoor support
As a Nature Photographer you often like to use your own car as a mobile hide. Animals and birds are less afraid for cars than for humans. With that fact in our mind Han Bouwmeester Nature Photography already developed already a camouflage curtain and two types of beanbags to use in the car. Those beanbags help you to get a quick and stable support for your lens. But if you plan to stay longer on a location or you’re on your way to making pictures, it would be pleasurable to have even more support and above all; flexibility. To find and follow your subject is more difficult from a beanbag than from your tripod.
Profession Nature Photographer Han Bouwmeester thought about a solution for this problem for a long time and finally found it. In cooperation with the designer engineers of Eckla, the producers of the well known Beach Roller Equipment car, a car door support was developed which fulfils all your wishes and requirements. The product is made of lightweight, but very strong, aluminium which gives you the flexibility to use either your own tripod head or a special beanbag on it.
Flexibility
Our goal was to develop a design which can be used on most cars. You can fit the Eagle on the car door window or the car door itself. Because of the vertical support there’s no danger pressure on the window and you get a very stable support. If you already have your own tripod head the product can be used on the Eagle. Simply fit it with the 3/8 inch knob at the Eagle. You can choose the place of it yourself so you get a balanced setup.
You can also use our special designed Eagle Beanbag instead of a tripod head. This combines the stability of the Eagle and the quick to place use of the beanbag. With straps this Beanbag is fitted on the platform.
So with the Eckla-Eagle you have all flexibility and stability you wish to make even better and sharper pictures from your own mobile hide.
We also have developed a special bean-bag for the ‘Eckla-Eagle' with straps that can be placed quickly, simple and perfectly fitting. You can read more about this in our section ‘accessories'.
